Benetton tarihinde üretilen 14. araç olan B195, 1995 yılında Rory Byrne tarafından tasarlandı. Aracın teknik direktörü Ross Brawn, aerodinamik sorumlusu ise Nicolas Tombazis’di.
Yakıt ve yağ olarak Elf’i kullanan Benetton, Renault’nun ürettiği RS7 model V10 motora sahipti.
Michael Schumacher ve Johnny Herbert’in kullandığı araç 9 kez yarış dışı kaldı. Bunlardan 7’si kaza, 1’i şanzıman ve 1 tanesi ise benzin pompası problemiydi.
B195 17 yarışlık macerasında 4 pole pozisyonu, 11 galibiyet, 15 podyum elde etti.

1996 sezonu öncesi testlerde Alesi ve Berger aracın dengesizliğini görünce şaşkına uğramışlardı. Net bir şekilde Williams’ın gerisindeydi. Schumacher’in en değerli şampiyonluklarından biri bu yüzden 1995’de geldi.
Özellikle sezonun ilk bölümünde müthiş dengesiz bir araçtı, Williams bunun yanında rayda gidiyor gibiydi, tabi içinde Schumi olduğu için bu dengesizliğin bir önemi kalmıyordu…
